At roughly ₱180–205K per square meter, Silaya prices in the middle of the Bulacan preselling market for 2026 — below San Jose del Monte high-rises (₱220–260K/sqm) and well below comparable QC inner-city projects (₱280–340K/sqm), while sitting on a far quieter site than either. The price-per-sqm spread between unit types is intentionally tight so buyers can choose by lifestyle, not by budget pressure.
